Step 1: Ordering Holiday Gifts

At checkout, she enters North Pole Wrapping Co.'s address in the "Ship To" section, ensuring all her gifts are sent directly to them for wrapping.

Once her orders are placed, Sara visits the North Pole Wrapping Co. website and fills out an online form to notify the team about the incoming packages. She specifies that she needs the gifts wrapped and delivered to her parents' house, where she will be staying fort he holidays, by December 20th, just before the family’s holiday gathering.

Sara is also sent a sneak peek of the personalized gift tags, each one customized with the recipient’s name.

By December 18th, Sara receives another email informing her that her gifts are beautifully wrapped and ready for delivery. She arranges for the wrapped gifts to be delivered to her parents' house on December 20th, just in time for the holiday celebration.
